The product itself is effective and tasty as a way to add additional fiber to your diet. The problem is that when it is ordered and shipped in hot weather, it melts into one single, dark red gummy that is stuck in the jar. It is not a refundable item and when it is ordered by mail, there are many hoops to jump over in order to get a refund from a totally defective item. Since I am adverse to absorbing the cost of an unusable item I find it wrong to refuse a refund whether it’s returnable or not. Second time this has happened after 8 orders over the years. I should have learned from the first time.

I need more fiber in my diet, but I have always struggled. Even with all of the supplements available, it was still hard for me. For so many, you have to have a ton of tablets/gummies or an entire glass of water with the powder in order to get a super tiny amount of fiber. When you also factor in the fact that you have to separate fiber from your medications, it becomes more difficult to manage. These have the highest amount of fiber per dosage form (single gummy) that I have found from the drug store in a form that also does not expire super quickly. This has been a great benefit to my health.

I have been taking these for 3 weeks now. Before this I was taking the psyllium husk capsules. The gas and diarrhea from those capsules was starting to be life disrupting but I was not sure what else to take in their place. I read the reviews and thought I would give these a try. As soon as I quit the other capsules, my stomach behaved which punctuated the fact it was the husk capsules that was causing the problem. Next came the wait and see if these helped me with regularity. They absolutely have without any of the nasty side effects from the capsules I was using before. The only problem I have with them is they are very hard to chew and I noticed my jaw was popping. It’s a simple fix and I’m not sure why I didn’t come up with it sooner. I simply use a scissors to snip them into four pieces each and I have no trouble breaking them down chewing them that way. If psyllium husk is giving you issues, I highly recommend you give this a try.
