I bought this home gym during a sale and got it for under a grand. Considering the price of the higher tier home gyms you get a lot for the price of this one. The frame components are strong and fairly well machined. Welds are decent and the paint is good. The cables, pulleys, etc. are all good quality not cheap flimsy plastic or stuff that feels like it would not last long. I’ve seen various budget home gyms where the manufacturer obviously went cheap and the end result is very lacking. This home gym kit is a great buy considering the price. I recommend planning the assembly since it took me an afternoon to unbox everything, carry it down to my basement, and lay it out. Then after a few days it took me and my wife several hours to assemble following the instructions. I would not recommend trying to do it all in one day unless you have several helpers. FYI I’m 6’ and not thin (230lbs) and I can hop grab the pull up bar and the frame doesn’t feel like I’m risking the whole thing tipping over even on rubber mat over carpet.

It covers a lot of different exercises in one single machine which is great but it was an absolute pain to assemble. The instructions were decent but there are so many steps and if you mess up you have to take so much apart to go back and fix it. Be especially careful when orienting the weight. I messed that up and had to almost disassemble it completely to fix it. It took me about 2 full workdays (8 hours a day) to assemble this rig fully. Maybe it could have been done in a little over a day if I hadn’t messed up.I don’t think it is mentioned anywhere in the listing but you can actually use both olympic or standard size barbell weights, but you won’t be able to use the pin to secure them unless you use the olympic size.

Love almost everything about this gym except that you can’t adjust the seat forward or to any position. It was easy enough to assemble. It took two unskilled people about 4-5 hours to put it together. A little larger than expected but otherwise- great

The machine arrived….6 boxes ! This machine is a beast. The build quality is awesome. All parts arrived, not missing anything. All parts in great shape. Took a minute to put together, but I’m kinda a stickler so all parts were inventoried and labeled prior to starting. Went together without any problems. Measure the cables before you start putting them on. If you are on the fence, buy it, you won’t be sorry!!I would of loved to provide pics, but Amazon requires that you give them access to ALL of your pictures and that is a big *blank* (another bad word) NO for me. Amazon, which is worth more money then the world (exaggeration) could make this different, but they won’t. For some (me) privacy and choice is still extremely important.Review edited for Amazon per their request to remove everyday bad words. LOL

Shipping and Customer Support:Initially, I considered purchasing a multifunctional gym from Costco, but the reviews were mixed. I was especially concerned about complaints of missing or damaged items during shipping and poor customer service. After researching alternatives and reading positive reviews of the SunHome Multifunction Home Gym, I decided to test their customer support. I sent several questions to EPOCH Store, the company selling the SunHome Home Gym, and received prompt, helpful responses. This gave me confidence that I wouldn’t face any shipping issues. Sure enough, I placed my order on September 4, and by September 7, all six boxes arrived—nothing was missing or damaged!Assembly:Some reviews mention that the instruction manual could be clearer, and I agree. The diagrams were more helpful for assembling the SunHome Multifunctional gym. My tip: if you have a 5/8 ratcheting wrench and a 3/8 cordless ratchet wrench, use them—they’ll make the assembly much quicker. I didn’t encounter any issues; take your time and carefully follow the diagrams.Functionality:What I love most about the SunHome gym is the built-in Smith Machine and cable exercises. I can do squats and lunges properly, and I’m impressed by the range of exercises possible with this setup. While I wish it included a workout guide, I found plenty of examples on YouTube. With my busy schedule—taking the kids to school and their after-school activities—I appreciate not having to make an extra trip to the gym. Now, I can go to the basement for my workouts.Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase, especially with the $200 discount, and I’m very satisfied with the customer support!

Very fast delivery, got here sooner than I expected. It was separated into 6 boxes which was very helpful to transport by splitting the weight in multiple boxes. The seller contacted me to let me know the gym would arrive in multiple boxes. They all arrived at the same time for me. The structure and equipment seem very high quality. I have not set up the gym set yet but I contacted the seller about a question and they were very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

I bought this last month. It took me about 3 days to put together. I took my time. The directions were simple. I love the price! Also, it works well and definitely worth the money! I paid about $997.00 out the door, after a $200 coupon was applied. Also, i bought about 300lbs of olympic bumper weight plates for $297.00 I had a weighbench already, but had to buy free weights. It has cables, Smith machine, cable upper and lower, a pull up bar, leg press, I can do cable Flys, shoulder cables, bi’s. A great Home Gym! I have been using for about 3 weeks now and love it! The product delivers what it promises! I was just shocked because I thought the product wouldn’t be delivered completely, since it was sent in two parts. The first one had 4 boxes and the other one had the remaining two boxes! I put everything together and started doing the exercises! There’s only one negative point, since the chair is fixed, there are exercises that those who don’t have much flexibility in their arms will struggle a bit! And the pull-up bar, I hope you don’t have any problems with it! I found the part that holds the weights very simple/fragile!
