these pills are amazing! i haven’t taken them for a full month yet but i am noticing a little hair growth already. also they work incredibly fast. my hair has been damaged for the last year. i took these pills on day 3 of unwashed hair. i woke up with my hair feeling so soft literally overnight. and it was a significant difference. everybody’s body is different but these are working wonders for me. can’t wait to see progress in 6 months!

I have a medical issue that requires me to change medications several times a year. The reason I stop most meds is bc my hair gets super thin or comes out in chunks leaving small bald spots.I talked with my Dr about taking Biotin bc my hair was always shedding (couldn’t wear black tops) and when I showered, it came out in clumps. I did a lot of crying and whining!!One of the nurses told me specifically to buy this brand of Biotin (along with psyllium and calcium pills) twice a day. I am not one to post reviews, but this really works. BUT GIVE IT TIME. About 45-60 days. There’s no longer long blonde hair everywhere, I don’t have to pull my hair back when cooking/baking, very little hair comes out when showering. I love it, it works, I don’t NEED it right now but still use just to keep hair healthy. I highly recommend to anyone wanting stronger, thicker hair. (PS: my hair has highlights)

I have tried other biotin products with mediocre results. Since losing a lot of weight and other health issues I noticed my nails and hair being affected . My nails were weak and my hair thinning . I decided to try this after reading the reviews. Not really expecting much. I love the sleek packaging! The pills are small and have no taste .I am on my second bottle and wow ! I’ve taken these pills for 50 days now. At the beginning I saw improvement in my hair, not falling out as before. But after the 30 day using these pills, my hair started falling at it’s frequent pace. I’ll take a break from these pills and resume in 1 or 2 months.The good thing is that the pills are super small which makes them asy to swallow. The ingredients list is short and easy to identify what you are taking.

So I will assume this works bc of the reviews and due to the fact that I have been using biotin for years with that being said I love the fact that the capsules are vegan 🌱 since I’m a vegetarian that’s a major plus buttttttt it’s true what they say is true this will cause you to break out !!! It’s insane how all of a sudden I have zits on my face despite drink 50 ounces of water every day I still break out ( I should be consuming a gallon) so I didn’t remove the star bc well it’s the price we pay for beauty ! If you want long hair you deal with the poke a dot face for the time being, I just wish they didn’t use coconut oil -_- like why ? Ugh 😩. Ask yourself long hair 💇♀️ or zits…Long hair it is btw I had to update my review I do not breakout anymore maybe my body has grown accustomed to this coconut oil and the water intake helps!
