    I bought this lighting to string up around my kids’ new trampoline. They don’t like bouncing in complete darkness and these give off enough light to bring warm ambiance to the space. I really like the durability of these lights, compared to what I have used in the past especially. The rope style feels like it will hold up for a long time and it looks nice also. The rope is about 5mm diameter and was super easy to work with to either drape or wrap it as I like. The lighting lasts all night on the charge from a sunny day. For now we have the lights set in “steady” mode, but there are other twinkling and flashing options that add great effect depending on the atmosphere one wants to create. The twinkling looks quite magical. I’m thinking I’m going to buy some longer sets and use these for holiday lighting as well. So easy to set up and look terrific.

    I intended these to be used for a long time all year round, They have since went out after about two months but sometimes they flicker on – This makes me believe it may just need some cleaning on the solar panel. The rope lights covered only the bottom part- I think two strands would be needed on thicker trees for it to look like the pictures. I love the different settings you can change the pulse pattern of the lights
