Seems to work well I didn’t realize it can be a laxative and had a few really rough days when starting this. I breastfeed and when I pumped I noticed I was getting more fat which is good so as I’m getting myself healthy and my baby is also benefiting. (I did check with her doctor and my own before starting)

These aren’t my regular Sea moss pills. I had to buy these due to my old ones were put on hold. So far these are just as good as the ones I was taking. But you have to take them as directed. they are really good. Will be reordering.

My husband and I have been taking seamoss supplements for a few years now. We are huge fans. I’ve noticed a definite change in my energy levels. They are consistently higher, allowing me to complete daily tasks and give me the energy to power through my workouts. I feel more active and less tired throughout the day. It’s a huge plus that it has burdock root and bladderwrack in it as well. I definitely feel it helps my digestive system. I’ve noticed my skin has cleared up so much since I’ve been taking this product. I love it and always have to order another one if I run out. It’s apart of my daily vitamins. Another bonus of seamoss is the anti-inflammatory properties help aches and pains I get from going to the gym.

Would be better without the new ingredient that has been added ( Muira Puama) but I can’t find the same product elsewhere. I’ll stop use if I find a good enough apothecary out here. Sea moss and burdock root are the only two valid ingredients.

Love this product. I use a lot of suppliments and had read a lot about sea moss. Very impressed with product. Every thing and more than I expected. Definitely worth trying !
