Directions
Take 2 capsules of the MultiMineral Sea Moss Supplement with an 8oz glass of water and a meal or as directed by your doctor. Please do not take more than 2 capsules per day. If you’re unsure about the right dosage, consult your healthcare professional. The Expiration Date is on the bottom of each bottle, and it follows this format: (EXP: MM/YYYY). (EXP = Expiration Date, M = Month, Y = Year). The bottle comes with a plastic seal around the neck of the bottle and a seal over the opening.

Started taking this back in September of 2023, I had turned 34 and my knees started feeling wonky. I was looking for sea moss when I stumbled upon this I bought it because of all the additional ingredients in there.Not only did it take away my knee issueI call it my happy pill I swear my mood and life changed because of this I feel so happy with life’s challenges. Mental clarity, energy no matter how much sleep I get. Also it helps with cravingsI also take a bunch more vitamins from this brand I can’t recommend this enough!! If I were to take only one vitamin for the rest of my life it would be this!!It’s easy to swallow very effective and the ingredients work great together.

I like it’s all the vitamins you need in one capsule. When I started my health kick I knew I didn’t want to take a bunch of different pills daily. So with this one pill you get all the supplements needed in one. Good for overhealth mentally and physically. I take it in the morning with a bottle of water. The taste is somewhat Groundy not dirty though but as earthy as a vitamin would taste being natural. If that makes sense. I believe that’s what a good natural vitamin should be, anyway. Easy to swallow.

So I got these about a week ago and took 2 capsules (per the directions) after I ate breakfast. It took roughly about 45 mins before I noticed it kicked in and something was wrong. I was way too fidgety, stuck staring at my computer screen (barely getting work done on time) I started sweating (not too bad though). I start work at 8:30am and by the time 2/3pm came, I was dozing off 😭🤦🏽♀️😂 I couldn’t keep my eyes open. Luckily, I made it to the end of the day (5pm), went home and went straight to sleep lol. The next day I didn’t take any pills at all. The day after I just took 1 pill, instead of 2. Now that was a way better balance! Gave me just enough energy I needed for the day and I wasn’t dead to the world when 2pm came around lol. If you guys decide to buy them and it does you like it did me, try 1 pill a day instead of 2. Hope this helps ☺️

Bought this product on a whim in hopes it would help with weight loss and low energy and I love it. I will say that I don’t believe it has aided in weight loss at all but I can feel the difference in day to day routine when I’m taking this supplement. In the mornings, I used to feel bloated and lethargic with low energy levels even with my morning coffee and a good sleep but now I feel great in the morning, the first couple hours of the day don’t drag, I feel like I’m ready to go. The turmeric helps with the bloating and if you look up the other key ingredients individually, you can see the benefits that they have for you. I only take one pill in the morning, but it’s effects are good enough for me. I will definitely be ordering again. I also like the fact that it has vitamin C and elderberry, especially with the colder months coming up to help build up some immunity.

I purchased these vitamins because they formula combination was recommended by my acupuncturists. I am still in the early stage of using them so I can’t really say that I am noticing a difference because in may cases it takes time for your body to adjust. So I will have to give it another two weeks to honestly say if there’s a change.
