I am 52 years old and have been searching for something that helps with post workout soreness. So far this has worked. I learned years ago to stay away from Ibuprofen and other Anti-Inflammatory medications. Those drugs can harm your kidneys if you use them too much. Qunol Turmeric Curcumin with Black Pepper and Ginger has given me similar results but through a natural means. One thing I did change is I do not take the recommended dosage. The bottle label says to take 3 capsules with food once per day. For me that was too much. Start out with 1 capsule a day after a meal and see if the results are enough. Then move up to two capsules a day; 1 with Breakfast and 1 with Dinner and see if the results are to your satisfaction. I am active and in the gym 5 days a week and all I need is one after Breakfast and one after Dinner to relieve my pain and soreness.Do the research on your own. I would not recommended doing more per day than the bottle says because you can have too much which can have negative health results. One more thing. After starting this I seem to not have as many food cravings as before. For me, the supplement is also acting like an appetite suppressor which is a good thing.

I have been taking turmeric for over a year now and I’ve tried MULTIPLE brands (all in pill form). I was taking SO many supplements that I just couldn’t do it anymore. So, I decided to incorporate some gummies instead of the pills, and since these had good reviews and were noted as being absorbed well, I figured “why not!” I am so glad I chose these! I truly expected them to taste like turmeric and ginger (which I do not like), but I was pleasantly surprised. They taste so much better than I thought they would. I’ve only taken them about 3 days, but I look forward to seeing if they continue to combat inflammation as well as the pill form.

I was skeptical at first. I’m elderly and have seen a lot of scams. Been taking this product for 8 weeks. Prior I was not able to hold much of anything in both hands. After 4 weeks I notice increased range of motion and the pain not waking me up in the middle of the night. after 8 weeks I can sleep through the night and even open jar lids now but with some difficulty. As long at Qunol can maintain the quality of ingredients I recommend this product. Advice: take with food, fatty food is best.

I tried one bottle and I saw no difference in the joints in my legs. They still hurt so I don’t think this is a good product using or spending $20 on.

This particular Turmeric with ginger seems to give me heartburn. I finally read other s’ advice online to try taking it with food, which has helped. However, this is the first time I have had the same problem others described, of one or more capsules having broken open, so every time I take a single pill out the yellow powder stains EVERYthing I touch. When I wash my hands it gets on my white towels. It also stained my white counter top.Don’t think I will purchase this brand again.
Do not buy this product. I used it once and went to charge it and the port went too far in and now it will not charge. What a waste of money. Buyer beware. –
