I bought this because I got a not so cute haircut & read collegian can help it grow out. It actually has made my hair quickly grow & my nails have become rock solid & strong. It’s helped my nails become beyond strong, where cutting them was actually really hard, where as they normally break all the time. The pills are very big, but easy to swallow, but I do take other vitamins so I may be used to it. Not bad for the price, def worth it I think.

I’ve been using this supplement for the past week and so far my nail has harden usually when they grow out they thorn because of how thin they are but now they are harden, I see a lot of reviews about it helps with the hair and that’s one of the main purpose as to why I buy so hopefully in time it will help with my hair too but overall get supplement.

It’s only been 1 month and I can confidently say my hair has never even grown this long this fast in 3!I am very low on iron and suffer from chronic UC so my hair breaks and falls out a lot. I dyed my hair red back in early October 2024 and my hair still is growing like crazy with this brand. The pills are large, but I am able to get them down and I do have a hard time with larger pills.I noticed in 2 weeks time that I had considerably less hair come out when washing my hair.I took these for 3 months straight before reviewing and am ordering more. I’ll have to take them longer I think to see what the new growth will be like, but the difference in hair shedding is extreme.
