One nice thing about these tablets is that 1 tablet provides a full 1000 mg of Vitamin C, whereas with most chewable tablets, the 1000 mg mentioned on the front label is actually 2 chewable tablets, not 1.A terrific value, too. No colors have been added, there are no artificial flavors, no added preservatives, and they are gluten free. We used to buy our vitamin C tablets elsewhere, but these vitamins are superior. The tablets may be somewhat large for others to swallow. If so, they can be broken in half or crushed to powder. Highly recommended!
