Being pregnant I need to get more fiber into my diet. This gummy has helped a ton with that! Its easy to take and it tastes pretty good too. The only issue I have is that is kind of sticky but thats normal for gummies.

I recommend this if you like soft, semi-firm gummies and the flavor of orange Metamucil powder. It’s a more convenient and just as effective option compared to scooping and mixing the powder in water which just contributes another cup/mug and spoon to your pile dishes.

I used to drink the powder everyday and then my schedule changed where that became more difficult. I started these and have had good results with those as well. I did find you had to use at least two, one really didn’t make a difference. They taste good too
