I was looking for a specific size for our closet and this works great, and I like the way it looks. It is easy and quick to assemble and very lightweight. The gray color is a heathered gray and looks good in my newly renovated closet of white. It is large and has two sides and a top which you can leave up or down as you wish. It has laundry bags with hooks that are easily placed and removable. I did remove one of the bags and took it on vacation with us and used it for our dirty laundry to transport home. I do wish they were a bit sturdier, but so far that is not a problem; they haven’t fallen, torn, collapsed or broken.

It comes with six rods, but in order to really be sturdy there should be eight. The rods that are in the “middle”, aren’t really so it’s not really sturdy. The Velcro that’s supposed to cover the rods isn’t long enough so you really have to pull hard to get the Velcro together, creating unnecessary tension on the fabric. It’s probably not going to take long for that to fail. I don’t really understand what the handles on the bottom are for, especially since the bags are removable. Odd design. It doesn’t seem to take up too much space in the bedroom, but the capacity should be sufficient for us. There are two adults, three dogs, and a visiting toddler. I do laundry three days a week.

Quality is fair for what you pay, assembly was confusing at first til I did some searching for the pockets. Material is very cheap and I’m not sure how long the lid will last. Looks good when the lid is on properly but doesn’t really stay. I wouldn’t want to move this with items in it, probably wouldn’t last.

For rairness sake I should say if is used as designed – to toss dirty laungry sorted into whites and colors into 2 separate compartments, it’s quite handy and well designed. It does not work too well for me bacause I prefer using one compartment for clean laundry, and another for dirty. The problem is if you fold you clean laundry and put it into one compartment, the items quickly become messed up when you try to pull different items from that compartment, and you don’t see the cloths that might be at the bottom of the pile so you end up seeking for them and messing around the pile even further. The design is pretty sturdy. However, I never unbutton the carrying bags, and tend to just pull all dirty laundry out of the compartment and carry them to the laundry room by hand.
