    Using the mason jars you can also use various mason lids. In refridge they use vertical space–freeing much more space. Money well spent and was tired of flimsy dollar store pitures where the handle flexes and is rubbery with weight in them and lids that dont seal. I have mason jars and bought mostly to get the lids but I also like the clear mason jars. The lids are super strong and seal well even turning upside down. The handle is strong as steel when you lift–but be aware that they weigh lbs when full because of the glass mason jars. I am in good shape but they are heavy to lift so be aware of that if a person is older possibly with arthritis—you wont be able to use them! But even then the screw on spout lids would go on any smaller size mason jar. Also as I mentioned at walmart for mason jars and canning they sell solid plastic lids in case you want to transport something you can then put the universal pour spout on.

    I bought a two pack of these this week and thought they seemed like a nice design. Both of them leak badly at the base of the lid when pouring. It looks like they need to use a thicker gasket material for a good seal. I will have to buy something else for my cold coffee and tea.

    I love these jars, but the rubber seal is thin , so it leaks from the lid – so I gotta either find thicker selas or buy new lids.

    I got these glass pitchers for my elderly mother who has a hard time with regular milk, juice, or tea jugs. She loves them. She said even though they are a little heavier than the regular milk jugs she can lift them better and pour the contents of the container better because of how the handle is made on the glass pitcher lid. She likes them so much that she has requested that I buy her more so that she can use them for her teas, creamers, etc.

    I was excited to receive these 64 oz mason jar pitchers for cold brew, but my experience has been mixed. The pitchers arrived with some minor scratches on the glass, which was surprising given that they were cushioned with bubble wrap bags and styrofoam. While the scratches don’t affect the functionality, they do raise concerns about the durability of the glass.I decided not to use these pitchers for hot liquids, as I’m worried about the potential for the glass to shatter. Instead, I’ve been using them exclusively for cold brew coffee. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered a significant issue with leakage. When I tilt the jar on its side, cold brew leaks out, which defeats the purpose of a sealed pitcher. I expected the gasket to prevent any leaks, but that hasn’t been the case.This could be a problem with the specific unit I received, or it might indicate a broader issue with the gaskets or the overall design. If you’re planning to store liquids in these pitchers and need them to be watertight, you might want to reconsider. For now, I’ll continue using them cautiously, but the leakage is a major downside for me.

    The first set came damaged but the replacement was very quick! These are extremely sturdy high quality pitchers. I have been using them this summer for infused teas and sangria for brunch. They are very easy to clean and I can tell they will last a long time. I absolutely love them.
